Q3 How does your company do regarding quality control? 
A3:Quality is priority. We use 3 types of Quality Control, it refers Acceptance Sampling,Inspection.Quality Control Chart,

1.  Testing each unit or service produced could be too time-consuming and costly for companies.Acceptance sampling lets a company find a middle ground between testing every product and not inspecting any at all.We normally examines 1 pc for every 100 made.

2.  We do examin and test product to check if it complies with specified requirements. Does it conform? If not, what exactly is the problem, and how can the supplier remedy it?

3.  We uses a graph of Quality control, which visually shows whether sampled products or processes meet their target and, if not, how far away are they from meeting said target.How can they meet ?

Q4:Can I print my logo?
A4: Sure. The customer's logo can be made by laser, engraved, embossed, etc, it depends on the product. Anyway we can find the best way to put your logo on the product.

In addition, we promise your design will be protected by law, and we will keep it a secret! It is your own copy right.We can print your logo and information and even add label(sticker).

Q5: Should I pay extra for logo print?
A5: According to the actual situation. If it's simple and your quantity is sufficient, it's free of charge.

Q6: How long to make a sample?
A6: If we have a stock, I will send you it soon. if we need produce it, normally need one week to prepare.

Q7: How do you ship the samples and how long does it takes to arrive?
A7: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.Usually we provide sample free of charge.  But you need to pay the freight of the samples.

Q8: How to proceed with an order ?
A8: Firstly,You can send us your purchase order and requirements through email or by chatting with us directly on trade manager, skype, wechat or whatsapp; Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions; Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for formal order; Fourthly we arrange the production. Lastly,you pay the balance after received all finished product photo..

Q9:Terms and Service 
A9:Trade terms: FOB, CIF, CNF
         Payment terms: T/T or West union
         Loading port: Any Port in China
         MOQ: it depends on different product, if it is regular product, normally we do not request MOQ.

         Package: Normally by export carton. We can design carton mark for you.
         Delivery: Within 35 days, depends on customers' order quantity

Q10:Shipping Service
A10:We can arrange transportations for you; we have our own shipping company named: Vinpac Group. Or you can choose the one you use usually.
